Person in charge of personal information
Ino Service designates a person in charge of protecting personal information, in accordance with Québec’s Law 25. Contact details: TODO: valider (name, title, email).
Information collected
When you fill in a form (call booking, estimate) or write to the AI assistant, we collect your name, your email and, depending on the case, your phone number, company, industry and messages. We collect no sensitive information.
Purposes
This information is used only to answer your request, schedule the requested call and send you the information you asked for. It is neither sold nor rented.
Hosting and service providers
Data is hosted on a private server located in Canada. Some technical tools process data on our behalf, under a confidentiality commitment, sometimes outside Canada: the AI assistant (Anthropic, United States) receives your messages to answer them, the calendar (Cal.com) receives the booking details, the text service (Twilio) receives your number if you accept a text confirmation, and the email service (Resend, United States) receives your name, your email and the content of the message sent to you. Retention
Information is kept as long as needed to handle your request, then deleted or anonymized. Exact period: TODO: valider.
Your rights
You can request access to your information, its correction, its deletion or the withdrawal of your consent by writing to the person named above. Residents of the European Union also have the rights provided by the GDPR, including portability and objection.
